I have been working with clients since 2010 to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. No two people are exactly the same so no two fitness programs should be either. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased lean muscle, improving and sustaining mobility or just wanting to look great in a pair of jeans, let me be the one to guide you through the process. The system I use is a field-tested, science-based approach that focuses on building a strong and balanced core. It starts with the stabilization phase, which is essential in laying a solid foundation. After stabilization, we progress through the strength phases and, ultimately, into the power phase. This is the core of my methodology.
Over time, I have tested, refined, and incorporated various strategies to enhance lean muscle growth and accelerate fat reduction, all while complementing the OPT model. Some of these strategies include incorporating HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) between strength-building workouts, using afterburners (mini intervals) to boost metabolism at the end of a session, and applying pyramid techniques, among others.
To put it simply: We begin by assessing your current fitness level and determining your goals. From there, we create a plan that is safe, efficient, and effective. My approach builds from the ground up, targeting larger muscle groups to quickly boost your metabolism and help your body burn fat. This includes a strong emphasis on glute training. If you’re looking to shape and enhance your glutes, I’m the trainer for you!
But I don’t stop there—I design programs that tone and strengthen your entire body. I also focus on teaching proper form, posture, and tempo. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, together we can achieve your goals of becoming healthy, lean, and strong.
