Three years ago, a senior woman walked into a gym and told a trainer she want to be able to get a 40 lb. bag of dog food from the grocery shelf to home without assistance. Jeff listened and designed a program that strengthened arms, legs, and core and within a few months I had achieved my goal. Jeff continues to listen, and continually designs and redesigns a fitness program for arms and shoulders, staving off severe arthritis. He is constantly researching exercises that will work best within my limitations. As a result, my sessions are always challenging and never dull. Jeff has the capability and confidence to create a fitness program to match unique needs for strength, agility and overall fitness. And, most importantly, he gives you the confidence to become stronger and more capable. There are many things we give up as we get older, but my regular workout sessions with Jeff will be the last to go.

Jeff is awesome to train with. He respects his clients and really wants to do what is best for them. He knows when to push, but doesn't make it uncomfortable or overwhelming. Each day, there are new workout routines that focus on strengthening different muscle groups including primary and smaller secondary muscles to help you continue to build strength. I saw encouraging results in just a few weeks. Train in his personal studio, which is always clean. He offers an initial free consultation, personalized training plan and nutrition guide.
