Although I had exercised on and off throughout my life, I had a sedentary job for the last 26+ plus years and the results were showing. I had never worked with a trainer and I knew I would need to in order to meet my goal because I needed to know what to do, how often, how to do it the right way and to be consistent, together with nutrition information, etc. But most importantly, I needed someone to help me be accountable and push myself, little by little.
I was fortunate to have found Jeff Blais. He is knowledgeable, always researching new ways to train and is patient, encouraging and gently pushes you to keep improving. More importantly he is careful to watch your form and to avoid injuries, while guiding you to improve, more and more.
Eight months later, at the wedding, comments from friends & family alike were repeatedly, “You look amazing!’ I feel so much more healthy, confident and I love the way I look in my clothes now and the energy I have. I know my husband is very pleased at the change in me too!
