Although I had exercised on and off throughout my life, I had a sedentary job for the last 26+ plus years and the results were showing. Three years ago, a senior woman walked into a gym and told a trainer she want to be able to get a 40 lb. bag of dog food from the grocery shelf to home without assistance. Jeff listened and designed a program that strengthened arms, legs, and core and within a few months I had achieved my goal. Jeff continues to listen, and continually designs and redesigns a fitness program for arms and shoulders, staving off severe arthritis. He is constantly researching exercises that will work best within my limitations. As a result, my sessions are always challenging and never dull. Jeff has the capability and confidence to create a fitness program to match unique needs for strength, agility and overall fitness. And, most importantly, he gives you the confidence to become stronger and more capable. There are many things we give up as we get older, but my regular workout sessions with Jeff will be the last to go.
Jeff is my trainer, who trains with respect, dignity, compassion and many words of encouragement. He has shown me that it’s NOT just about working out but eating right, it’s a lifestyle change. Change has always been resistance within myself, however, the gradual adjustments he has helped me to incorporate in my daily life has not only resulted in weight loss, but it has helped me in all areas of my life. I am personally pleased that he not only listens to me and my concerns but he has trained my attitude and behavior to be one of positivity.
